To-date we have reported zero cases since March 13th, 2020 within our organization or a result of our staff.
Our protocols include:
• Each technician has a full supply of sanitizing products
• Increased cleaning schedules
• Observation of social distancing guidelines at all times
• Mandatory mask policy is in effect
• Temperature checks
• Contact tracing as required
• Our staff are checked for COVID - 19, as required
Given the increase in cases of COVID-19 in Toronto, York & Peel Region, we have taken the extraordinary measure of requiring all personnel and patrons to wear masks while we are on site. We feel compelled to take these measures to protect the health and safety of not only of our technicians, but also of our clients and their staff.
At this time there will be no exceptions and no accommodations for those who cannot wear masks.
